In this role, you will provide Administrative and Business Support to the Manager and Partners.
To assist with business communication and customers information.
Assist the Manager in sales intake procedures, gather and submit the required documents from clients and apply for any corresponding licenses of the clients.
Assist the company to track and maintain accurate reports and information.
Assist clients with any liaison and communications with Government agencies and Banks.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up sales support to the existing client base.
Build in-depth knowledge about the Immigration and Investment program/laws and the industry's competitive landscape.
Support other administrative affairs assigned by the Manager and Partners.
Minimum Diploma or above; with Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Legal background is preferred.
At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a similar function.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken; bilingual as to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and partners based in China.
Ability to adjust communication style to be culturally sensitive towards investors and clients from diverse backgrounds.
Possess a good team spirit and sense of responsibility.
A fast learner with genuine interest and knowledge of Immigration and/or Investment programs; willingness to grow and progress together with the Company.
SALARY: S$2500 - S$3500
